Everything on this site describes work we have done and services we offer. None of it is an offer, a quotation, a fixed price, or a commitment to take on any particular piece of work. Sending us a message does not create a contract or a client relationship, and we may decline an enquiry.
Estimates, timelines and scope are agreed in writing after a conversation, never inferred from this page.
Case Studies and Client Confidentiality
The engagements described on this site are deliberately anonymized. Client names, product names and project names are withheld under non-disclosure agreements, and are referred to by sector and platform only.
The technical details and figures we cite are accurate accounts of work performed. They describe past engagements and are not a promise of any particular outcome on future work.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, and the Night Owl mark on this site belong to Night Owl Software Studios. You are welcome to quote or link to this page with attribution. Do not reproduce it wholesale, and do not use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.
Our open-source projects are a separate matter — each is governed by the license in its own repository, and those licenses grant you rights these terms do not restrict.

This site links to places we do not control, including package registries, code repositories, and our founder's personal site. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
